Meet Bruce Jenkins
Hi,
I am Bruce Jenkins posing with my wife Dorothy who is standing to the right of me and our friend & Colleague Judy who is standing to my left. In the middle is our 4 year old German Shepherd, her name is Jill.
Dorothy and I married a few years ago and we reside in Corning - Just outside of Chico, California. We are posting some of our wedding pictures further down this page.
She makes me look good!
First, I would like to thank you for visiting our website. We hope you find it helpful in making insurance & financial decisions.
A little about my background - Although I was born in Topeka, Kansas, I grew up with three sisters and a brother in Waterloo, Iowa.
After high school I earned my undergraduate degree at Morningside college in Sioux City, Iowa. I then earned a law degree from The University of Toledo Ohio.
These are some guys I hung out with on the basketball court in France. We got together for a reunion.
I think they all had a good time. I know I did.
As a Senior in High School I was the leading scorer and rebounder for the team and after playing in college I went to play professional basketball in France for five years.
This turned out to be the most fun I had ever experienced while playing the sport I love.

We even made the papers a few times. Playing basketball
in Europe for those Five years was a blast and I would do it all over again if given the chance. It was an opportunity of a life-time.
After France, I wanted to use my degree in Business Administration and I had an interest in helping people to understand and obtain insurance coverages. However, working for any particular insurance company wasn't an exact fit for me. It was too challenging for me to accept the concept that any one company has all the insurance products that fits everyone's needs and budget. This is why I became an "Independent Broker". This is also why you see the phrase "We Shop The Top Carriers for You" on our website. We take the legwork out of finding which products suits an individual's needs and budget. We also make clear that our clients are never charged "Brokerage Fees". Those fees are paid by the insurance companies.

We said "I DO"
This brought me to California. My wife and I love living where we do. We are a short ride from major cities like The Bay Area or to much smaller venues in Redding, Chico, and Yuba City. The video is exactly why we fell in love with Chico.
Some of the best wine in the world comes from here in Napa Valley, Calistoga and many other areas throughout California.
